10.0Casa muito aconchegante,muito organizada e limpa,com uma vista linda(no meu ponto de vista)...com vários utensílios de cozinha(copo,prato,panelas,xícaras,talheres),chuveiro perfeito. Dona Roseli um amor de pessoa,muito atenciosa e disponível. Ótima localização, próximo os centrinho onde tem os comércios..próximo de mercado e do poço feio...super recomendo tanto a casa como conhecer Lumiar.
