s much as I would like to say how this property was exactly as seen in photos, unfortunately, I did not have the opportunity to visit this property. This establishment STOLE my deposit which was done back In June 2024. Initially, this was a couple’s trip with one bedroom, but I wanted my family to experience what I read and thought can be wonderful vacation. I did have to re-schedule from June 2024 to Sept 2024 (for 2 people). Due to my job, my partner and I was unable to visit in September. I reached out to the property directly and re-scheduled months prior from September 2024 to October 2024 for 4 adults and 2 bedrooms (which was more money for this establishment). This was confirmed then. I reached out again in September 2024 to confirm my accommodations. This was confirmed. Now in October, I had to book tickets to travel from Trinidad to Tobago. I reached out to notify the establishment that I will be arriving to the island at a particular time- No response. I followed up a few days after- still, NO RESPONSE! I called a couple days after still hoping to get into the contact with the establishment- someone answered, when I expressed my concerns, I was told this was a wrong number. I tired multiple times on different social media platforms (Instagram, whatsapp, google) in an attempt to notify them that I will be visiting and still -no response or that the contact I had was the wrong number. Today is 11/11/24. The company still has not even reached out to me. And I still cannot get into contact with them. ONCE AGAIN THIS ESTABLISHMENT STOLE MY MONEY AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO VISIT. There are alot more beautiful vacation homes in Tobago with great customer service.
