7.0Room is nice with TV, Double door refrigerator, washing machine with dryer, electric stove, water boiler, 2 tables and a chair. Compared to other rooms, this is good and price is lesser compared to others Room was handed over to us neatly
− Housekeeping is not at all good (Rating 0.5 out of 5) Toilets are clean but drain is smelly due to old property (may be) Housekeeping is provided only weekly once and it also very worst

5.05* for location- close to Orchard and shopping. Many food options nearby. Reasonably appointed with necessary appliances. Suitable for couple or solo traveller.
− The bathroom leaked in several places when it rained and it rained for about 75% of my stay. Construction opposite. Continously drilling/piling- at 20hrs a day. Noise levels too high to get a decent sleep. Wifi and TV iffy sometimes. If not for the leaks and noise, this would be a decent place to stay.

3.0The location as it was near town and entertainment spaces. That is the plus point for this accommodation.
− There was renovation going on, and we were not informed about this or we would not have booked this space. On one of the days, water poured into our room due to renovation at the top. It spoilt our stay as the renovation was from Monday to Saturday and started as early as 9 am and only finished around 6 pm.
