Sehr großer Wohnbereich, sehr großer Küchenbereich. Genügend Utensilien, sauberes Bett. Veranda alles toll

− Die Wasserversorgung in Bad und Küche hat manchmal ausgesetzt.. für Leute, die ausschlafen wollen, aber das ist vielleicht auch nur ein temporäres Problem ist es sehr schwer, weil die Nachbarn ab 8 Uhr morgens mit der Kettensäge arbeiten.

Great stay at a traditional Philippine house.

First, do NOT go there if your idea of a vacation is a 5-star resort. No flashy, shiny rooms, no millimetered grass, no swimming pool, this is the actual living area of people. This homestay places you right in the middle of a Philippine lifestyle, and into contact with the locals. If you want to indulge into Philippine life, this is the place to be. It has everything you need. My own angle is that i want to settle down in this area within a few years, so in a way it is not only vacation but also a learning and adapting experience. We stayed here for 18 nights and we absolutely loved it! Yes, every now and then you will see unwanted insects and we had a beautiful big huntsman spider in the bathroom, which we just let it do it's thing. The road in front is not always quiet, life and some traffic goes on at night too and you will hear the occasional motorbike passing by. The host is great, so kind and friendly. She regularly came up with fresh mangoes or papayas. Always smiling and goes out of her league to keep her guests happy. One thing to consider when staying here is motorcycle rental. If you want to go somewhere, or even if you want to lay on the beach every day, it is almost a neccisity, although tricycles go up and down the road every day and public transport buses stop near the intersection at the main road. The propery lies about 2 kms from the main road on an uphill road. I can warmly advise Max motorcycle rental in Dauin, modern, well maintained bikes and exceptionally good tariffs. We will go back here anytime. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We had a really great stay for the week we were here, the owners are super friendly and accommodating your surrounded by greenery and they were so kind as to offer us bananas and papayas fresh off the trees during our stay. The kitchen is well equipped and easy to cook seriously in, if you are used to the Philippine provinces then you will understand ants are often present that is the case in the kitchen but as long as your clean they are minimal and they don't wander into the bedroom which is good so no worries about being bitten. You are right in Dauin so if you're planning on diving you're close by to a lot of dive shops and it's also a quick trip by moped to the city or surrounding attractions, you'll need a moped if you want to move with the most ease. They where also kind enough to drop us at the bus stop free of charge (a trip that normally would run you minimum 500php) I've stayed in Dauin before and this is the best place I've been for accom. Can definitely recommend it.

A spacious accommodation with extremely accommodating owners! There is a fully equipped kitchen(including all spices you can think of!)!, drinking water, coffee and gas. The water in the shower is hot, you have a nice place to sit outside and two cute respectful cats. The value for money here is the best we've seen anywhere in the Phillipines in 6 months! We will definitely be back once we are in Dauin again.

− Considering it is slightly outside of Dauin you would need a motorbike or walk for 40 minutes, both of which are not a problem since the roads are excellent around Dauin.
