8.0넓고 깔끔한 공간, 편안한 잠자리, 식기, 세탁기, 어메니티 제공
− 대로쪽 방의 경우 노면전철, 자동차, 버스 소음과 진동이 그대로 느껴져 밤에 사용하기 어려움(차라리 이불가져나와 소파베드에서 자는게 나음) 현관문이 반투명 유리문으로 현관소음, 빛이 그대로 들어옴.

− ブッキングの提示価格で決済をしたら、提示価格の倍近い掃除の代金を後から請求された。 残念。よく見とかないと提示価格にだまされる
