3 mins walk to sun plaza. Big studio, we stay for 4 person, add mattress. Save money. Clean.

Für Kurzzeitauffenthalt ok, aber es gibt sicher bessere Unterkünfte in angenehmeren Gebäuden.

Self-Check in mit Passwort. Das Schloss an der Tür mussten wir etwas suchen, dann hat es geklappt. Sehr gute Zimmerausstattung. Zentrale Lage direkt neben Sun Plaza.

− Das Gebäude war ganz anders als erwartet. Ein 2-3 etagiges älter wirkendes Gebäude zwischen Läden, Cafes/Warungs. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und ist sehr hellhörig. Man hört nachts recht laut andere Hausbewohner und Motorräder dicht daneben vorbei kommen. Es ist sehr dunkel. Ein kleines Fenster führt zum ebenfalls dunklen Mini-Hinterhof. Kaum Tageslicht. In der Anzeige stand, dass es bis 1 Tag vor Anreise kostenfrei stornierbar ist. Tatsächlich war eine Stornierung schon mehrere Tage vor Anreise nicht mehr möglich und auch Booking hat erst zu spät, wenige Stunden vor Check-In reagiert. und nur kostenpflichtige Stornierung angeboten. Keine Ahnung, ob das ein Fehler im System von Booking ist oder andere Gründe hat. Komischerweise war dieses Problem nur bei CBD-Studio aufgetreten, bei anderen Buchungen hatten wir nie solche Probleme. Eigenltich hatten wir eine passendere Unterkunft gefunden, waren aber aufgrund mangelnder Stornomöglichkeit doch in diesem Studio gelandet, was wir nicht so toll fanden.

Well.. first day stay was okay peaceful.. and the upcoming day was a terrible day.. because of the nonstop construction.

Convenient just few walk 5-9 minute and reach at the sun plaza mall

− To noisy.. can’t sleep well because of the construction just next door nonstop from 9.30am till midnight 12..
