It was a cute little hone close to everything.

The location was great. Despite the flaws, it’s priced fairly for the accommodations. The house is old but charming.

− There was critical information missing from the listing. Both bedrooms and the single bathroom are located on the second floor. The stairs to access the second floor are very narrow and steep. It also doesn’t sleep six people. There is bed space for 4 people and one twin air mattress. I guess the 6th person is supposed to sleep on the couch? Unfortunately the couch is in bad shape and sags greatly in the middle making it very uncomfortable. The beds are also very uncomfortable and at least one of the twin beds was very well worn. I had to sleep on the far side up against the wall to avoid the big crater on the other side. You also can’t run the a/c and a hair dryer at the same time. We didn’t know this so we tripped a breaker that shut down most of the power to the house. We couldn’t find the breaker box and it took the manager quite some time to return our calls.

Location, access, perfect size for us

− The large bed was exceptionally firm, and hard for someone with arthritis to get comfortable. We will swap next trip!

Lovely home fun decor

It is a lovely home, decorated so cleverly with flight memorabilia. Super convenient to park on the graveled part of the lawn at the front door.

− The heating duct was in the living room, not the kitchen. They had a heater for the upstairs bedroom, which we brought down to the kitchen the next morning. And that there is one bathroom up the fliiiight of stairs.
