The property’s location in the Doral area is an excellent choice. It appears to be a newly developed neighborhood with well-organized streets, and traffic congestion is extremely rare, making it easy to get around. There is a wide variety of nearby dining options, including several restaurants offering halal food. The apartment is part of the 5350 Doral property, which features 24/7 reception and security services, ensuring a safe and well-managed environment. The dedicated parking space located behind the building provides a secure and convenient place to park. The apartment itself is spotless and feels brand new. Everything—from the furniture to the kitchenware and appliances—is modern and in excellent condition. The swimming pool is located on the same floor (4th floor), just a few steps away from the unit, which is very convenient. The property also includes two large smart TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Additional amenities such as a washing machine, dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher) further enhance the stay. One of the highlights is the spacious balcony, complete with an outdoor seating area, perfect for relaxing.

− Although the property and apartment are truly excellent, we did encounter a few issues during our stay. There was noticeable noise coming from both the AC unit while running and the toilet is located inside the master bedroom, which unfortunately disturbed our sleep at night. Response time from the host was also slower than expected, particularly during important situations such as the water outage and when we requested a late checkout. One day, there was a water disruption due to a broken pipe. While we tried to manage, it took the entire day for the water supply to return to normal. Thankfully, there was a functioning restroom near the pool area, which was very helpful during that time. Additionally, we requested to leave our luggage at the property since we had a late-night flight on the day of checkout, but were initially informed that this was not possible. Fortunately, the building’s reception team was very supportive and accommodated our request, allowing us to store our luggage until the evening, which made a big difference. Overall, despite these inconveniences, the apartment and property are outstanding and would still be highly recommended, especially for small groups.

Nice room and location

− Shared balcony (neighbor dog pooped on it): one key and one parking space - paid $150 to park car and had to go let everyone in the building. Toilet paper and hygiene supplies insufficient for 3 guests.
