− The cleanliness of the kitchen cabinets and refrigerator, leftovers from other tenants in the cabinets, and the mockery of the pool access hours. And the fact that just because I booked through your website, Booking.com, I still had to pay extra for pool access on-site. It's an embarrassing situation. For the money I paid for the night, I had to buy pool access.

Ideal base for exploring the beaches of Clacton, Holland on Sea, Walton and Frinton
7.0Excellent communication from host prior to arrival and very responsive during stay. The caravan is an ideal location, close to entrance, easy to find and away from the evening noise. The caravan is well equipped for 4 people and was clean and modern. If you want to use the facilities on-site purchase passes at the start of your stay from reception.
− This sofa is not a sofa bed as advertised so as 5 guests compromises were made. The caravan is well equipped for 4 guests.
