8.0the host was really quick to reply and super helpful! the place was also really near to a jr station and a tram station, which was really useful. had so many things nearby too! it was clean too :)
− not really things i didn't like, just didn't prepare myself for - the stairs to the second floor and how it was kind of cramped (got over it eventually!) the pros outweigh the cons, really
住宿位置位於住宅區內，google 不易找到，經聯絡後，很快引導找到住宿地點。離巢鴨商店街約3-5分鐘路程，山手線大塚站約8分鐘路程。雖有兩間衛浴間，但沒有可以放置衣服的地方，略顯不便。廁所只有一間，五個人入住，有點不夠使用。廚房提供簡易餐

9.0House was cosy, tucked away in the neighbourhood so quiet and peaceful. Had everything that you needed, everything was close by. 7-eleven, family mart, lawsons if you needed it. Fairly close to Otsuka station on the JR line.
− House was a bit cramp but that's Japan, be a bit of a stretch for 6 people, ok for 4. Needed some mirrors around only one tiny one in the bathroom and also some hooks to hang towels etc.
Overall it was a pleasant stay despite the 1st floor being cold in the winter months.
8.0The apartment was spacious enough for our family of 5, and the best part was having two showers.
− The 1st floor was cold and did not have enough heat to warm up the kitchen and bathrooms. The bedroom door on the 1st floor had to remain close to retain the heat. Wish there was a dining table.
It was okay, not the best. Wouldn’t stay there again. The host was nice though.

− The bathroom wasn’t very clean and the shower clogged. The sheets were too small for the bed. The stairs were killer. The kitchen had bare basics for cooking and there was no dryer as advertised.
