− Appartamento piccolissimo, buio, privo di comfort. Doccia minuscola e livelli di pulizia assolutamente insufficienti. Ho trovato capelli sia nella doccia che nel letto. Sporche anche le stoviglie e la macchina del caffè. Viene offerto un buono sconto da 100€ se si lascia una recensione positiva e forse questo giustifica il punteggio che è riuscito ad ottenere.

La localizzazione , l’appartamento in sé molto carino e molto attrezzato.

− Il bagno , troppo piccolo, se eravamo delle taglie torte sarebbe stato un problema, ho trovato un po’ difficoltoso fare la doccia , l’aumenterei un po’ di più .

− L'appartamento sarebbe anche ben sistemato, considerando che sia evidente che nasceva come cantina a piano terra, ma se proprio per due persone. Affittarlo per 4 è indecente. Molto umido. Non ben insonorizzato. Il divano letto una volta aperto occupa l'unico spazio calpestabile tra zona cottura, bagno e camera da letto. Non c'è spazio per appendere nulla in bagno. Cucina ben fornita di stoviglie. Doccia stretta (si fatica a girarsi) ma accettabile. Non c'era ricambio di carta igienica né sapone a parte quello da mani. Materasso del divano letto completamente sfondato. Nella camera matrimoniale si è provato ad ovviare con doppio materasso, ma comunque scomodo. Stipite della porta del bagno che si è staccato. Tende oscuranti della camera matrimoniale che una volta tirate giù non c'era modo di rialzare, una ci è crollata in testa. Il gestore è stato rapido nel rispondere e disponibile, nulla da ridire su di lui, ma il problema è che certi posti non andrebbero proprio affittati. Le foto non sono recenti, il frigo e il letto sono diversi, ma soprattutto non è così che appare dal vivo. Mandare una mail dopo la prenotazione regalando un coupon solo a fronte di una recensione positiva è meschino e forse giustifica i voti più alti.
