The location was okay.

− It looks too good in the image. Other than that, everything was bad. Kettle and utensil all old and breaking. Non of the cabinet can be used. The door don’t even close. I killed like 3 coaches in the unit and the hair drying sounds like it’s going to explode. Im glad me and my family survived.

− Very unfriendly staff/owner who handled the property Unable to provide extra parking slots for visitors Very inconvinient as staff/owner instructed my visitors to park the cars far from the place which we need to pay washrooms were not clean and smelly with no fresheners bed mattrress and pillows were dirty Only one room had dressing table with mirror Very inconvinient plug points with non functioning extensions Iron and iron board was in bad shape Seriously need to improve to prevent inconviniece for future customers

Definitely spacious for big family. Easy access to ioi for a quick shopping and putrajaya for sightseeing

the location is perfect

− the aircondition - not every room have a cooler temperature, the Master bedroom's temperature is not cold enough, it takes time more than 2 hours to feel the cold
