6.0L emplacement, grand appartement traversant et au calme. Au 4eme avec ascenseur!
− Appartement vieillot, , une rénovation serait nécessaire surtout les salles de bain et d'eau. Manque de modernité. Équipements vaisselle à changer.

− A casa apesar de limpa não possuía as condições mínimas para estar. Não tinha microondas nem uma cafeteira para poder aquecer leite, tivemos que usar uma panela. Os talheres eram péssimos bem como as panelas. Tivemos que comprar copos para café pois a casa só tinha duas chávenas. O apoio do chuveiro está partido. A sanita está rachada. A fechadura não funciona. A casa ficou sempre fechada ao trinco. Por último não tem wi-fi e nem televisão por cabo Relação qualidade/preço péssimos
