3.0− The property hasn't been cleaned properly for a very long time The carpets in one bedroom I don't think has been hoovered this year. I used the hoover which was in the property to hoover the bedroom carpets and oh my God, the hoover stunk of dogs. Tobacco all over top of microwave and kitchen worktops from previous tenants, stunk of wee on the sofa and in the bathrooms. One morning saw a RAT under next doors decking

Overall good. Had a lovely couple of days & location of the van is excellent. Area was safe for children to play in

− Main kitchen area very clean, however window ledges & shelves had dead flies & quite dusty. Fans thick with dust & didn’t want to use.
