− Staff were an absolute disgrace. When I arrived the code wouldn't open the door and they refused to send someone to help. I had to get someone else to let me in. The building is like a building site. There is no lift from the ground floor up to the sixth as it is out of order. The staff did not care that I was disabled and were downright rude.

Good for short stays for families - but don't expect any service requests to be fulfilled.

- The location was amazing. (12 min walk to Marble Arch / Hyde park, close to many tube stations, Many decent food choices downstairs). - Apartment size is good enough for a family of 5 on a short holiday but on a longer holiday 1 bathroom will be an issue. - Apartment is well equipped with cooking, cleaning, laundry tools - Elevator working - this is a 6th floor apartment - Having air conditioning during a heat wave is great

− - Cleanliness - The linen was dusty and had tiny hairs. Some of the towels had older stains. - Service - The service was non-existent. On day 1, I requested a change of linen because my kids are allergic to dust. I was told that housekeeping will get in touch. No one contacted me. I kept following up through booking.com chat - I was told your issue is solved.. I told them it isn't solved. I got an apology and told that now someone from housekeeping will get in touch. Still no one got in touch and 4 days passed like this. The person I complained on booking.com app also didnt get in touch to check if the matter had been resolved.

A very good stay, just shy of amazing!

The aircon is exceptional, even in a heatwave on the 6th floor top. The location relative to London and the Underground is also excellent. The flat is larger than it appears in photos.

− The convertible couches are difficult to sleep on as beds. Providing a pad would solve that issue. There were towels provided, but no washclothes.
