La ubicacion, era difícil conseguir un alojamiento bien situado en Higuera bien situado por la poca oferta.
− la mesa del salón se encontraba rota (una pata) probalmente no dio tiempo a arreglarla desde el último inquilino, pero se nos avisó mediante un cartel
