9.0Mi-a placut amplasamentul, in zona rezidentiala. Apartamentul este modern, curat. Proprietarul amabil, a comunicat si la ore tarzii.
− Apartamentul este compus din doua dormitoare: unul este modern, dar celalalt face nota discordanta de restul (mirosul inchis, fara draperii si perdele, astfel ca soarele bate puternic, vara provocand disconfort). Sugerez pentru aceasta camera schimbarea tamplariei de la fereastra, caci e defecta, montarea unor rulouri exterioare din lemn si inlocuirea canapelei extensibile cu un pat confortabil, caci este spatiu. Imi pare rau ca nu am putut da 10.

10.0Дуже хороша чиста, світла, сучасна квартира. Зручні ліжка. В квартирі було все необхідне. Я забула взяти зубну щітку, а в квартирі була нова для гостей, було приємно, що господарі продумали все до дрібниць. Квартира знаходиться в новому комплексі, недалеко від центру міста, на території комплексу є магазин, аптека, дитячий майданчик, місце для паркування. Дуже привітний, уважний і приємний господар. Ми залишилися задоволеними перебуванням в цих апартаментах. Щиро рекомендую!
