The house is in a good location to walk to Cardiff Bay.

− However, the house smells damp when you enter and paint is flaking off the walls in the lounge and downstairs bedroom. Completely unacceptable for an asthma sufferer. There is no window covering/blind in the downstairs shower room. Many of the window locks are broken and the front door does not feel secure. I was advised parking outside would be covered by an online resident permit. I received a traffic warden penalty charge notice (PCN). I contacted the hosts at the time and they advised they would sort it out. A month later, I received postal notification regarding the unpaid PCN at my home address. I contacted the hosts again who ignored me. After calling multiple times, they sent a message to advise they had appealed it. I asked for evidence of the appeal - again, no response. I contacted Cardiff City Council myself with screenshots from the hosts advising they would sort it out. Cardiff council have replied advising the PCN stands and I am liable as the car owner. I have reached out to the hosts again for them to cover this - again no response! I have paid the PCN and do not recommend this property or the hosts. This has been very stressful and I wouldn't want anyone else to suffer the same treatment.

Very clean and well presented. Fantastic location. Very friendly neighbours (when apologised for a little bit of noise the night before!) Very good communication with the hosts

Schönes Haus, das unserer Vorstellung aber nicht entsprochen hat

Einrichtung und Deko entsprach den Fotos und hat uns gut gefallen. Auch das kostenfreie parken war ein großes Plus. Es gibt eine Wasch- und Spülmaschine.

− Das Haus ist leider in die Jahre gekommen. Überall ist irgendwas kaputt, die Küchenfussleiste kam uns entgegen, die Schublade der Waschmaschine ebenfalls und die Fenstergriffe hingen teilweise lose herum. Zudem war der Boden in der Küche dreckig, der Teppich könnte auch mal wieder eine Grundreinigung brauchen und an der Decke hingen kleine Spinnen. Eines der Betten bestand eigentlich aus einem 1.60m Bettrahmen, allerdings war nur eine 1.40m Matratze darauf. Diese war zudem extrem weich und unbequem, genauso wie das Sofa. Auch im Esszimmer würden richtige Stühle helfen anstatt der unbequemen Hocker. Der Innenhof ist leider ziemlich dreckig und kann nicht genutzt werden. Eine Überdachung und 2 Stühle o.ä. wären schön.

Was cosy was a little noisy at firs t due to a concert , that eventually finished , but the heat made the stay uncomfort

Cosy little place , perfect for a little family on an overnight stay

− Was very warm , no real air circulation, so hot days like it was during my stay it was pretty uncomfortable ( ceiling fans ) and would be 10 across the board
