4.0It came with the washing machine and the kitchen had pretty much everything you need to cook
− The mould in the bathroom, the mould in the laundry downstairs the laundry tap didn’t turn off so there was always running water The heaters didn’t work and we’re full of dust in the vents under the beds were filthy

8.0Close to our meeting venue. Quiet location, and easy to find
− I had some oldies with me and I was a bit concerned about the high step. I put a wheelie bin in front of it so he wouldn't try to go that way. Otherwise it was just great.
The house was welcoming & pleasant.

− We were kept awake on the first night due to the wind on the corrugated iron fence to the left side of the neighbour.
Would not use again
6.0− We specifically chose this property so we could cook a roast meal for our dinner as we are on a two month road trip to find the oven was not in working condition so we in fact ended up having to bin some food.Also as an older couple we actually felt a little insecure with the location with dogs barking thru the night with neighbors leaving outside lights on. On vacating early morning we did notice many undesirable persons walking round. Left a note advising the owner regarding the oven with no response to us
