6.0Quiet. Away from busy city. Good relax.
− 1. We arrived after 7 pm. The security was unable to confirm our arrival and had to check with several ppl before my key was handed to me. I empathise with the security guard who needs to handle guests and manage the building at the same time. 2. Be prepared for insects flying at the balcony. It shocked me and my family. We had to sweep the entire balcony before my children can enter. 3. No way to communicate with host as the number was uncontactable if we need additional items. 4. inconvenience for grab rider to deliver food as the journey takes abt 40-50 min away from city. 5. No additional accessories such as towel if u need to swim at the swimming pools. Luckily we brought disposable towels. Towels are poor quality. After wiping yr body, there were fibres all over the floor. No toiletries provided. 6. Had to arrange our own transportation anywhere, suitable for retiree who wants to play golf. 7. The shower hot water had a caps. When it was my daughters turn to shower, the shower was no longer hot. 8. Internet was poor. Unable to stay connected on the second day of our stay due to rain. 9. Toilet water is yellow.
