The place was in very bad condition with dirty bedsheets with stains. The electric plug was detached from the wall, unsafe with wiring seen. The wifi wasnt working despite so many times informing the owner. The sofa was broken at the leg and not properly supported, it was taped. The bed frame was broken and only tape was used to fix it. After lifting the duvet you can see many insects on the bed. The deposit was supposed to be only RM 300 but the owner asked for RM 500. Deposit was not returned immediately even after they inspected the house. After several days of pushing the owner, they returned only RM 300, not even the full amount without any reason. After pushing for another time, then only we receive the remaining RM 200. The service from the owner was really bad. They advertised the bigger villa with other facilities such as the bicycle, which is false advertisement. The pool was in super bad condition with broken wooden panels everywhere. The ‘trampoline’ had holes and if you jump you will fall straight through from a height of more than 2 meters. This listing shouldnt be listed on booking.com at all.

No wifi provided, staffs not responding msg also. Not worth the price… it’s kind of waste this unit is not well maintained since the location is so nice

I like the view

− There are few things to keep in mind * Didn't give back my deposit of rm500 and was not responsive when asking for the security deposit upon check out. The admin planning to remain quiet even after calling or messaging. The security deposit said in the booking.com was RM300 but in the specific instructions they sent was RM500 via bank transfer. * The beach is not swimmable. So, the price is over exaggerated for that mini-chalet. * The house needs some cleaning at least. * The Netflix is said to be free but we need to login to our own account. * Some PS4 game CDs are not readable as well. Get FIFA as replacement upon request * No snooker and darts for the mini chalet * Car parking is outside the compound. * The private swimming needs cleaning.

The location was superb. The sea view while cooking in the kitchen was really pretty. The fact that the place was pet friendly made it perfect.

− The plumbing was not good. There was water leaking in the sink in the bathroom and there was stagnant water in the second bathroom. The step in the bathroom and the verandah was very high.
