10.0*I like that it's a private apartment right at the end of Clematis. Felt safe the whole time and it's very affordable. This is my 2nd stay and once again had an awesome time!
− *Hahaha that We had to leave :) But honestly everything was great! Wish the was a pool but that is not a deal breaker for me. There is so much to do in the area.

1.0− I have never written a bad review in my life as I understand how important they are for businesses but I’ve never experienced such bad customer service in my life. They told me I had to pay an extra 35$ for my 4th guest, which I agreed to and sent over my payment, which they charged right away. 3 weeks later I got a text that my card was charged another 45$ for the 4th guest. I called and of course, no one answers the phone (I’ve called that number a few times for that reason and to get the code to my room and no answer). And sent messages. After finally getting back to me they said “staff charged the 4th guest fee that was pending for processing”. Firstly, why do it 3 weeks later? Secondly you already charged me 35$ for the 4th person. And finally, why are you changing the price of the 4th person? I have written proof saying it was only 35$. It’s now been 2 days and they are not trying to rectify THEIR mistake on charging me twice. On top of that the check in is at a very late time (4pm) and trying to check in only 30 mins prior was such a hassle. And because they love charging customers, they said to check in at 2 would cost extra as well.
