Easy access to downtown and new accommodation made stay very pleasant.

Location, good air conditioning. Good kitchen, comfortable bed. Loved gated parking. Nice furnishings.

− Single sink in master, no Kleenex, toilet paper should be stored near toilet. Upper blinds would be better on a remote. Couldn’t close for light intervention on my side of master bed. A clock would be nice in the bedroom and it would be preferred to have tv on a swing arm in the master to view from bed.

Location was perfect - you can walk to everything downtown, along the river or the trails just across the river. You can see and listen to the sound of the Arkansas river too,

Size and location were perfect. We were impressed by the size and layout of the condo. It was much larger than expected. Location is exactly where we wanted to be.
