Cena zodpovedá apartmánu. Poloha vynikajúca. Výhľad na marínu v blízkosti obchody aj zástavky autobusov.

− V apartmáne bolo vlhko na niektorých stenách sa tvoria plesne, čo bolo vidieť aj na okraji okien. V kuchyni chýbala doska na krájanie.

Modernes und grosses Penthouse an guter Lage.

− Der Boden war sehr schmutzig, unsere Socken waren Schwarz nachdem wir gelaufen sind (wir waren mit einem Baby in den Ferien….). Den Boden hin und wieder zu reinigen ist wohl das Mindeste (wurde wahrscheinlich noch nie gemacht). Der Netzstecker des Wasserkochers und die Steckdose ist geschmolzen wegen eines Kurzschlusses. Die Ausstattung liess zu wünschen übrig (u.a. schmutzige, verbrannte Pfanne)…

El apartamento es muy cómodo es amplio con una gran vista ...

− El personal no había organizado quien tendría las llaves a mi llegada fue incomodo me hicieron perder tiempo luego no me dieron las llaves de ambas puertas para entrar, tuve que tocar todos los timbres para conseguir que otro inquilino me abriera fue estresante. Pero después se solucionó y todo surgió bien 👍
