The shower was the only thing positive I can say about the place

− I booked for my family and was ashamed. Wrong code for the door keys so we had to wait outside for an hour until they sent the correct code. Immediate bad impression when we couldn't get in AND outside the entrance is filthy with rubbish just discarded outside the house. Dirty both outside and inside, with closet full of dirty towels. Towels left in the washing machine so we couldn't use. Refuse sack bins left outside on the ground. None of the rooms were cleaned. It felt as if people are living here and had just left without cleaning. No internet so no WiFi and none of the TVs worked. Had to buy an esim to contact the company, they never fixed the internet. Noise level of traffic 24hrs is extreme so could not sleep. Stair carpet was torn in several places with nails protruding. Not safe!! Smoke alarms are taped over which is definitely not safe. Outside area was so filthy and with high traffic noise that you couldn't use the area. No way would I let the kids out there and even if we wanted to play table tennis the ball was smashed.

Extremely Poor Property - Nothing Like the Photos – Very Disappointing

Decent location for the O2 Arena, but please read on ....

− I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to give an honest account of our experience. Unfortunately, this property bore very little resemblance to the photographs online. It was significantly more worn, poorly maintained and in a much poorer condition than we had been led to expect. Our stay got off to a very poor start. The contact telephone number was unobtainable, and two of the access PINs provided were incorrect. We were left waiting outside until the correct code was eventually sent by message, by which time it was too late to find alternative accommodation. Once inside, the standard of cleanliness was extremely poor. There were towels hanging up to dry in the lounge when we arrived, suggesting the property had not been properly prepared for new guests. The kitchen was inadequately equipped, with no tea towels and only dessert forks available, making even a simple meal difficult. There were also several maintenance issues, obvious wear and tear throughout the property, and a number of safety concerns which left us feeling uncomfortable during our stay. After returning home, I noticed several recent reviews with photographs showing similar issues, but these were not obvious when I booked. Had they been, I would never have chosen this property. I raised my concerns immediately with Booking.com. They acknowledged problems with the cleanliness and the incorrect access code and sought a full refund from the property. However, only a small travel credit was offered, which I did not feel reflected the seriousness of the issues we experienced. I cannot recommend this property and would strongly encourage anyone considering booking to read the most recent reviews carefully before making a decision.

Location was okay. Satisfactory Facilities.

− Poor communication with staff. Not proactive. No Fans/air conditioning: would have been an added star if this was available especially during this Hot Summer.

I wouldn’t stay here again. Definitely not what we expected from the pictures.

Nothing- unfortunately.

− It had a horrible damp feeling throughout, it had a funny smell, rips in the carpet going up the stairs, everything was very worn and tired looking. The parking was awful, as you pull up into the property and pull out, we scraped the bottom of my car.
