− Turned up to house and there was another family there. We had been double booked. Couldn't get ahold of owners. They rang later, after we had left to try find something else. Very unfortunate and a stressful start to our stay in Tauranga. Not good! Luckily we had money to book something else. The other people weren't in a position to do so. We were offered compensation for the extra cost of the new house we had to book. But they wanted a invoice with a "zero balance" on it, as opposed to our Receipt from air bnb with "ALL" details of booking on it. To me it was like they didnt really want to pay the extra for us. So didn't get compensated at all. Just a sorry that didnt feel like they really cared. House was nice and a good spot. But it didnt matter as we had to leave.

Loved the location, close to everything needed. The size of the house was amazing. Loved the old charm it had.

− The showers needed some updating. The ensuite shower head isn’t great and the main shower doesn’t drain well.
