The location was amazing, caravan was tired, and in need of some work and TLC.

− Not clean, very dusty. Light bulbs not working in bedrooms. Heating not working. Blinds broken in bathroom. Electric heater in lounge cut out. Sofa worn and very stained. Radiator very rusty in en suite bathroom.
