The check-in process was very easy and smooth. The host was extremely helpful and willing to provide clear guidance before and during our arrival. Communication was excellent, and all instructions were easy to follow, making the whole experience stress-free. The apartment was comfortable, clean, well-located, and exactly as described. We also appreciated the responsiveness of the host and the convenient location, which made it easy to explore Athens and enjoy our stay.

− There was nothing significant that I disliked during my stay. If I had to mention something, the sound insulation could be slightly improved, but it did not affect my overall experience.

The staff were pleasant and helpful overall and answered any questions that I had promptly. The location puts you in the middle of Monastiraki, which is a great neighbourhood for sight seeing. The train station is nearby and it is a close walk to nearby neighborhoods. The acropolis is approximately half an hour to the base (then you have to walk up). There are many shops and nearby restaurants menu, which are open late.

− The location can be difficult to find, even using Uber and online maps. The instructions for entry were not as straightforward and required clarification. See photos for details of the actual entry way and the garage door that lifts up down. The photo of the unit I had booked was not in keeping with the unit that I had received. I would suggest that since there are multiple rooms, it would be helpful for visitors to have the exact photos of each room and layout. Although the kitchen did include a stove and mini refrigerator, as well as a kettle, a microwave would be very helpful, especially for travelers. It’s also located in an alley and not well marked (see photos), which feels a bit unsafe at night.

We only stayed one night, so the location was convenient for us to go out in Athens and catch the train in the morning to head to the airport.

− The shower has no door so the water splashes everywhere, the windows were completely covered in rust so be careful not to touch them (there's one in the shower). The building itself reeked of cigarette smoke and was also under construction during our stay.

− Really don’t like the wet room/toilet
