Good location, clean, convenient parking
7.0Great location and clean. There was 2 min walking distance car park which we used over a night and been able to prepay in advance till the time we left the next morning.
− There was a few issues in the room we stayed: - the room was in the loft and was very hot. We were unable to open the window fully to get a cool air in the evening as it was restricted by the curtains rail. - there was a bad sewage smell coming form the bathroom. Even we got the air freshener it did not kill the smell. - there was no coffee facilities/ tea facilities in the room. You need to go down to the ground floor kitchens.

6.0Comfortable bed. Newly painted and new bathroom. The owners had tried to renovate it to bring it up to standard.
− We didn't expect a back packers. The adverts looked like the unit had a kitchen and a seating area. These were on the ground floor while we were on the 3rd floor. It was a small room with the bed pushed up against the wall. The reviews looked great but were not deserved. When we opened the door, it smelt musty. There was no kettle or mugs.

− Narrow and steep steps up to the second floor.

− 3 flights of stairs, no lift Kitchen wasn't part of the room, pictures in advert misleading No control over heating, too hot Accommodation cramped No wardrobe hanging space, no tea/coffee facilities plug sockets poorly spaced, no space in bathroom, nowhere to hang towels, sink too small
