1.0Clean, well equiped, good 2 room flat ( not 2 bedrooms, but 2 rooms)
− Horrible night's sleep. It was very stuffy and hot. And it is Oulu where hot weather is rear. During our stay out temperatire was 20 but due to direct sun and opend windows inside was really hot. No AC and fans do no help. The windows are broken and won't close properly, so you can't block out the loud street noise. Very busi streets (corner house) with horrible noise and no sound proof. Bed in living room will not work for two, when one is mooving second will feel it badly and jump up. Parking worth separate mentioning. If you drive something bigger than toyota yaris you'll have a problem. Actually it's trouly mentioned on booking page. But reality is worse. I spend 10 mins trying to get out of the parking on my tesla y. Only front and rear cameras made it safe. But it took about 10 mins. Admit that with practise I coul make it in 5 mins. My wife and daughter, both good enouth drivers, said they will not manahe way out. A lot of overnight free parking around. Stay safe and do not use this parking. So do not recomend and newer again.

10.0The location is excellent and makes it very easy to reach all the main points of interest. The apartment was very clean and spacious, and the bed was really comfortable.
− The only downside was that one night a neighbour was particularly noisy, raised voices, even shouting, heavy objects falling on the floor. Of course, this is something that can happen anywhere and is not a reflection of the apartment itself. Unfortunately, the disturbance lasted long enough to destroy my sleep that night.
