Lovely home away from home
10.0Beautiful apartment, the first thing my son said when we checked in was that it felt like a home. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. Amazing water pressure in the showers and the filtered water was excellent. Good location with lots of food options nearby. The pools and play area are amazing, my kids had so much fun there we hardly had to leave the building!
− The Lifts! Just be prepared to wait, sometimes a ridiculously long time for a lift to come that has room for you. They warn you about the peak hours, but there were still times outside of that where the wait was long. There's nothing the owner can do to change this, just mentioning it so people are prepared. The warning is real, plan your day outside of peak lift times for the best experience possible
The apartment was tastefully decorated, clean and all amenties were all to our satisfaction.
8.0Location was good, walking distance from eateries. anything further, getting a Grab is the answer. If I use the elevator outside of peak hours the waiting time is normal. As for the external factors like traffic noise, etc, it was bearable for us. I think if I had used the second room, the noise will be significantly lower. The host was very concerned and checked in on us which is much appreciated. The host was also very helpful and supportive.

6.0Getting to the property and getting into the appartments was easy, and the host was very responsive.
− - I cannot understate how long the elevators took. Even out of peak time, during our stay there were only 2 elevators out of 4 running at one point and it took us over 45 minutes to get from floor 22 to the ground floor. They are also not airconditioned and with luggage and a 2 year old it was pretty frustrating. This was particularly annoying as well because there is no point trying to go to the pool area as it takes so long. Highly recommend a hotel instead for slightly higher price. - There were loud speaker prayers occurring around 5:30 am through to 8:30 pm at night and this did wake our 2 year old. It was surprisingly loud, like a megaphone coming from a temple.
