Bona ubucació, electrodomestics i mobiliari molt bé. Bon lloc per a èpoques de poc fred.
6.0M'ha agradat la ubicació de l'apartament, l'espai de cuina i el pati interior.
− L'espai sala d'estar no té Split per escalfar-lo. A l'hivern és fred i l'única manera d'escalfar-lo ha estat deixar la porta oberta de l'espai de menjador i cuina a on sí que hi ha bomba de calor, tot i que no ho acaba d'escalfar del tot. A més, la porta que dona al carrer no ajusta del tot i entra l'aire fred.
