After payment, the hosts ignored us completely, so were unable to stay!!! NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!
1.0NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!!!!! I booked this accommodation for 2 nights for our engineers who would have travelled from the other end on the UK. Messaged the property numerous times to ask whether there would be someone to meet them or is there a key lock box, but I heard nothing back from them. Our engineers arrived at the property finding no now there. I then rang the phone number listed for the property, again no one answered. I rang Booking.com, who tried to contact the property, again no one answered. They tried for nearly 30 minutes straight. In the end I had to give up, as Bookingcom wanted us to wait a further 45 minutes! Having a duty of care for my employees, I refused and found other accommodation nearby.
