Only there briefly for work, but I liked it and would stay there again.
9.0Beautiful location and the room had everything I needed. I didn't have to go to the front desk at all, so that was nice. I drove my Tesla, so it was nice that the parking lot had Tesla charging!
− The fire alarm went off shortly after I arrived. A bit of a nuisance, but I realize that's not the host's fault. More soft pillows on the bed would be nice. Those were really firm! Plugs on nightstand didn't work, but the lamp one did.
Wish I knew I was booking with a 3rd party, not the property itself.
6.0Good location, close to bus route.
− Room owned by 3rd party. Paid more than expected and lots of “nickel and dime” fees along with signing a contract. Wasn’t aware of 3rd party requirements when booking. Room not ready upon arrival. No onsite support, had to deal with 3rd party.
Beautiful place & location. Need a little more communication
7.0Breakfast at hotel was overpriced and eggs were cold. Coffee shop across the way was amazing as well as the little bar it had fabulous sandwiches
− No communication after I sent several emails prior to and during arrival. Had to call number to reach an operator & was little help. Sheets were very hard and scratchy. But room set up was very nice. Would be nice with another fan as well as it got fairly hot the next morning by 8:30z
