The house is spacious and the kitchen is large. You can't really see from the pictures but there is an additional half bath in the laundry room which was a nice feature. The washer and dryer were pretty new and worked really well. There were plenty of desks to be able to work from home, and the TV worked well. The neighborhood was really nice to walk around in if you have a dog. The yard has a metal fence, but I wouldn't recommend it for dogs under 15lb as they could escape in the gap under the fence due to how it's constructed. The host, Matthew was very kind and helpful and easy to get ahold of.

− The house was very dusty/dirty when we arrived and there were many missed spots on the baseboards, fans, artwork, floors, walls and trim. The air purifier was full of dust and I cleaned/vacuumed out the filter. Matthew did have the cleaner come out again after I expressed my concerns. It was better after a second cleaning but not great, but this is a common theme with Airbnb type cleaners. I spent a lot of time discovering new areas to clean, especially the walls and trim. I used my steam mop and was surprised how dirty the floor was having just been cleaned twice. The shower is older and did not have a way to control the volume of water coming out, so I purchased a piece to fit on the sprayer to control the volume of water, because the water would turn cold in about 10 minutes which is not enough time for an "everything" shower.
