I cannot say enough about our stay in Abbey Springs. What a generous host! All the goodies you left for us to snack on and wine to drink-like who does that anymore??? THANK YOU for the free night and the extended checkout time! This unit was completely clean top to bottom. We LOVED borrowing your golf cart to drive around the grounds (yet another extra we did not expect). We felt special being able to eat at the Clubhouse with gorgeous golf course views (we stayed casual this trip and did not get to the Yacht Club for dinner but will next trip!). The Olympic size indoor pool was perfect, and at night returning to this magical spot with the Italian lights all around was wonderful. Most of all, thank you for letting us stay with our dogs, to enjoy this beautiful beautiful tract of land of rolling hills and incredible forest, combined with the beauty of open manicured spaces and the golf course. Next time, yes we will get off the couch to play pickle ball! We will definitely become regular guests here at 601. P.S. Speaking of couches, this living room fold out couch was a new design without a metal frame. Sooo comfortable honestly.

Loved that there is all your activities on the property and the golf cart was included. The pools were very nice and great pickle ball court. Caught some large mouth bass of the piers.

We had difficulty finding 601. 1. My ph said turn left. It was on the right. 2. A more obvious signage would be helpful. 3. The condo was immaculate; attractive; beds & chairs comfortable; fully equipped kitchen. 4. Loved location; short drive to all attractions including a short drive to Daniels grocery which was beautiful; also took advantage of the access to the Shore Path just across the street from Abbey Spring entrance.5. Chuck was very communicative prior to our arrival; everything confirmed for our peace of mind. 6. Would love to stay again. 7. Thanks, Chuck!

Great apartment at the lakeside

As it was winter, it was quiet and cold, just the way we city folks like it. Lovely walks across the golf course and the lakeside daily. The apartment was spotless, with many small embellishments in place, including a large 78-inch LcdTV with all the streaming channels available. There were ample towels, cooking paraphernalia, spices, 2 boxes of morning cereal, a selection of coffees and adequate heating and hot water. Very comfortable beds with adequate pillows and washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Finally the bottle of wine with crisps and snacks was the icing on the cake.

Outside of little inconvenience, I really enjoyed the villa. Thanks,

Love the location! Loved the pool and whirlpool. Loved that the location was Quiet. The villa was very spacious for a 5 day stay. I did go on Christmas Eve and the everything was closed for two days. The bed was nice and firm. They had a nice little basket with snacks & wine, was very nice. Lots of towels, everything you needed while being away from home.

− The sofa cushions needed new foam, very uncomfortable for a stay of 5 days. They had a rocking chair not very comfortable. Would have been nice to have a small lounge chair with a small ottoman to be able lounge around to read a book. Bed sheets was a little scratchy for me.
