− Een douche was met schimmel, het was erg erg warm en we konden de thermostaat zelf niet lager zetten, gelukkig kwam er die middag iemand. Voor de rest prima.

Fijn verblijf, prachtige locatie

Locatie was perfect, prachtige tuin en uitzicht op de stad Groot huis dat van alle gemakken voorzien was Sauna en dompelbad erg fijn

− Vloer kraakte heel erg op de begane grond, dit was niet ideaal met een slapende baby. Was wat warm in de zomer maar gelukkig waren er ventilatoren aanwezig.

De ligging was perfect

− Dat de sauna en hot tube niet werkte. Er werd ook niet meer gecommuniceerd waarom het niet werkte. Bij het naar huis gaan werd er dan vertel dat ze geprobeerd hadden een werkman te sturen.

Excellent emplacement, séjour agréable malgré quelques points à améliorer

Le gîte est idéalement situé, à seulement deux minutes à pied du centre de Durbuy — parfait pour tout faire à pied après avoir garé les voitures sur place. Très spacieux, avec trois grandes chambres et un salon-salle à manger-cuisine suffisamment grand pour notre groupe de neuf personnes. Mention spéciale pour le sauna avec une superbe vue sur le château, un vrai plus ! Les hôtes nous ont gentiment fourni un lit bébé et une chaise haute, et le service d’assistance a été très réactif à nos questions, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Les lits étaient confortables, et les serviettes et draps fournis. En résumé, un gîte très bien situé et agréable, parfait pour un week-end à Durbuy, avec quelques améliorations possibles côté confort et équipements.

− En revanche, la maison est très mal insonorisée : on entend tout, et le parquet grince fort. La cuisine, un peu vieillotte, mériterait un rafraîchissement, tout comme une des deux salles de bain. Il manque aussi quelques produits de base (pas d’éponge ni d’essuie de cuisine, peu de condiments). Certains endroits de la maison sont également très poussiéreux — un nettoyage plus approfondi, en déplaçant les meubles, serait nécessaire.
