Zona tranquila. Más o menos bien ubicado. Buena comunicación con el propietario.

− Habitación pequeña, no tiene sino dos cajones pequeños y un perchero para guardar la ropa. La cama de matrimonio pequeña. El baño pequeño. El salón muy caluroso.
