Great for groups on a weekend break, though there was only key.

Brilliant location very close to the beach. You couldn’t ask for better.

− It’s loud at night. It’s very close to popular bars so this has to be expected. Only having one key could be a problem for some groups.

Everything. The hosts kept in touch and were happy to be contacted if necessary. Couldn't find a fault, highly recommend it.

Good location to attractions/bars/restaurants but some disappointing issues

The location was good for being a short walk away from the beach, pier, The Lanes and other shops and restaurants/cafes. The apartment itself was nicely laid out, comfortable living space and bedrooms of good size each. There was 2 families with 3 kids in total and it didn't feel cramped.

− Felt misled when given the heads up of a safe temporary fix being put in place due to some damage to a living room window. We arrived to one of the windows being completely replaced with a boarding which did reduce sunlight into the living somewhat. The 'compensation' was to put 4 fans in the rooms in absence of opening the window which didn't really reflect recognising the issue. The other realisation was that the flat is right next to a Wetherspoons bar, which while not necessarily an issue to noise when in the flat, it does get rowdy and loud in the evenings. But that comes with the location - would have just been good to know. Finally, the TV wouldn't work beyond Netflix. It's very odd to not have regular TV channels as a standard. When asked how to get it to work, was suggested to cast from my phone which isn't the experience you'd expect for a premium priced flat.

Enjoyed it a lot because the city Brighton is. But for us the first and last time in this appartment

The location of the appartment. Near the boulevard, pier and shops. On the other hand a little loud at night but for us not a problem.

− Cleanliness was not good at all. A chair was stuck, even as some other furniture. When contacting, we only received a lot of questions and no answers.

− Honestly, it’s a dump and not somewhere I’d choose to stay again. You’re better off sleeping in a hotel.
