− Ungeziefer in allen Räumen - feuchte Kellerwohnung - Schimmelecken - keine Möglichkeit die Handtücher nach dem Duschen trocken zu bekommen - Geruch - Küche: Kühlschrank Zwiebelreste und schmutzig, Backofen/Backblech stark verschmutzt, Putz bröckelt von der Decke, Wände verschmutzt - große und viele Flecken auf Teppich - Receiver im Schlafzimmer ging nicht - Feuermelder abgefallen, lag bei Ankunft auf Fensterbank - Fenster alle mit Schmutz und Dreck fast nicht zu öffnen, Motorroller stehen immer direkt davor - Deckenlampe mit Isolierband repariert - Haustür sehr undicht/kann man drunter durch raus sehen - Lichtschalter funktioniert nicht immer sofort usw.

6.0Good location and near public transportation to go to Berlin center. The room is cooler than outside due to being basement, which is a good thing during warmer days.
− Price-value was good, but the room did not feel super clean. Ventilating the room is difficult and there were not many windows to open without getting rubbish from outside into the room. It lacked proper amount of drinking glasses. After a fault from our side, we entered the wrong amount of guests and we were missing extra bed sheets. It took over a day to get the extra bed sheets after paying an addition fee of 32 euros per person, where the booking website (even with a new booking) never changes pricing at 2-6 occupation.

− Les fenêtres ne pouvaient pas s’ouvrir… L’appartement était humide, car il se trouvait en fait être une rénovation de cave… les fenêtres, données sur la route, car nous étions en fait sous le niveau du sol…

7.0Mieszkanie przestronne. Spokojna ulica. Dosyć blisko były przystanki S- i U bahn oraz autobusowe.
− W obu pokojach powinny być rolety ,przez które nic nie widać z zewnątrz ( są tylko w jednym). Przy 5 osobach trochę brakowało naczyń- kubki, sztućce.
