− De badkamer was zeer tegenvallend, schimmel in de bovenhoek en een ventilator die helenmaal onder het stof zat er daardoor niet tot nauwelijks ventileerde. Verder was het appartement karig opgeleverd ook zonder drinkbaar water. De stroom ging op de dag van uitchecken om 11:00 uit en de beheerder was niet te bereiken. Terwijl de uitchecktijd om 12:00 was.
