A great location and base for a trip to Beverley
8.0Great location and budget. Layout of the property was good with the space well considered.
− Mattress was too soft for me but perhaps that’s just a personal choice. Sofa was also not super comfortable but we didn’t spend too much time sitting on it!

− Not clean, beds unmade dirty bed linen, used towels on bed and bathroom floor. Rubbish in bins, half drunk drink bottles on work tops. Jacob uncontactable, number dead, no response to email and booking.com frustratingly useless.
Superb little town house for exploring Beverly.
9.0It was central and had a secure garden for the dog to play in.
− There was a street light right outside the window, maybe a blackout blind would help to keep the light out.
