Overall, our stay was wonderful.

The house was old but very well maintained, exceptionally clean, and well organized. We found everything we needed to cook dinner and prepare breakfast. The sauna and jacuzzi were a wonderful bonus and a great attraction for all of us. Our whole family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and made the most of our time there. We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to return in the future.

− I think it would be a great idea to install air conditioning in all of the rooms in the future. During our stay, the weather was extremely hot, and there was no effective way to cool the rooms down. At the very least, providing fans in each room would make a significant difference and greatly improve guests' comfort.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful, responding quickly to any issues that arose and providing useful advice and recommendations. The accommodation is large and spacious, and it was very convenient to have two bathrooms with showers on different floors. The property is well equipped for a long-term stay, with everything you might need available both in the kitchen and in the bathrooms. The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful area, about 5 km from the Old Town. There is a bus stop just around the corner, and Bus 68 provides a direct connection to the city center without the need to transfer. The check-in and check-out process was very convenient, with easy key collection and return. It was also a great advantage to have a free parking space available.

− The accommodation did not match the description. When we booked the property, the listing stated that two of the bedrooms each had an additional separate single bed. However, upon arrival, we found three rooms, each furnished with a double bed made up of two single beds pushed together. The property’s Wi-Fi connection was very poor and often did not work at all. Upon arrival, we had to clean the shower drain on the second floor because it was clogged. As a result, during showering, the water overflowed into the bathroom, and we had to clean and dry the entire floor. In addition, the property was not suitable for hot weather. There was no functioning air conditioning, and the fan provided was very weak. In the third-floor attic bedrooms, the temperature consistently remained above 28°C (82°F), making it very uncomfortable to sleep.

Sehr geräumige und moderne Wohnung in einer Villa mit 2 Bädern und einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche und schönem Ausblick. Eine Kaffeemaschine für Filterkaffee ist ebenso vorhanden wie Kühlschrank, Tiefkühler, Herd und Backofen. Handtücher (auch für die Sauna) und Bettzeug, großer Gasgrill und ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Ins Zentrum Dresden sind es ca. 8 Minuten mit dem Auto, es fährt aber auch ein Bus in unmittelbarer Nähe.

− Auf einer der 3 Terrassen stand ein großer Tisch mit Stühlen, die anderen 2 waren komplett leer. Hier hätten wir uns auch eine kleine Sitzecke oder Liegestühle gewünscht.
