Excellent value for an entire home with great amenities

I really enjoyed the keyless entry aspect, it made it really easy to access the property. The security cameras on the property made us feel more secure as well. We had snacks, water, coffee, ice, and bathrooms had toothpaste and mouthwash available to us. Along with all clean linens and more than enough space for our group. Truly a great value for the money. Definitely would stay here again. The hosts were more than accommodating when we arrived earlier than expected as well. super friendly and easy to work with.

− The pool was cold because it isn't heated but that was the only dislike. Nothing was wrong with the property or the great amenities. We enjoyed the pool, sauna, and hot tub.

The home was perfect for our family of 11! The kitchen prep area was very nice. We never ate in the formal dining area, but it was very nice and a great place for us to play games and talk. Nice TV for viewing the Olympics. Plenty of hot water for the entire group. The pool is unheated, but with the 100+ degree days we had, it was very refreshing. Some reviews hated the pool vacuum being in the way. It didn't bother us at all.

− One of the bedrooms was warm. The AC just didn't quite reach in there very well. However, as noted above, it was over 100 degrees every day while we were there, so we understood that.

Plenty of space, lovely yard and pool, spa and sauna were a nice feature, perfect location since attendees were coming from Northern and Southern CA, plenty of room for eight of us, about half of what a hotel would have been, having everyone together allowed us to bond as well as meet at convenient times.

− The house hadn't been cleaned when we arrived. The host was never there-we only communicated by phone. Had he been at the home, he would have noticed the disaster left by the previous guests and arranged for the cleaners earlier. The cleaners came within a half hour of our arrival, but we weren't able to unpack, put food in the fridge, or to stay in the house while they cleaned. We had to go out for dinner when we had planned to cook. We lost time to meet. The dishwasher was broken. The shower knob made it difficult to adjust the water temperature. There weren't enough teaspoons. The host gave us the door code over the phone, but it didn't work. Thank goodness the cleaners let us in. The house needs updating, carpets need cleaning or replacing, floors need refinishing.
