Good stay great location nice chalet

The chalet was perfect for our family and we had a good time outside and inside the house.

− The AC was too strong and impossible to manage inside the bathroom for instance so very cold. The property furniture is a bit old and need a refresh according to me. More lights outside as it was very dark after sunset. The pool was pretty old and need to be refurbished or repaired as it can be dangerous when you’re inside and stepping.

The house itself was nice. It is very close to the Blue Mountain village (5 min walk)

− The communication and treatment from the host. The properly listed a heated pool as one of the amenities. Unfortunately the gate to the pool was closed. I informed the host and first I was told I was wrong (which I wasn't - the hosts then admitted it), I had to find out the number of the property management myself to try to get it sorted out. I was told by them the pool would not open for another couple of weeks. Additionally, BBQ facilities were listed, but no propane was left at the property to use the BBQ, and the garden table was broken (a leg was missing). Despite these issues, the host insisted there was nothing wrong. I had to contact Booking.com for support to receive a partial refund. Had the host tried to help, none of this would have been an actual issue, but the host's attitude made the experience regrettable.

Good location but requires maintenance

Location was great and it was clean and had a full kitchen with all you need to cook

− So many broken things. Patio door and screen door handles broken. Dead batteries in the entry key pad. Patio table missing a leg and was propped up with chairs . Broken outside light and screws scattered all over the patio . Propane tanks for bbq was completely empty .

Loved the location and how big it is... some of the stuff were broken though so i took a photo of the some of the stuffs that were broken just in case we were asked. Because we had an experience where they blamed us...aside from that everything was great.

− ~ummm some of the kitchen tools were scattered in every drawer... my family stopped me from organizing it...(OCD) ~ some of the towels still had lint on them and is one of the items i took a photo of because it had a huge rip hahah don't think you could use that one. ~i couldn't reach anyone with the number that was on the email...but that's fine...i just wanted to say thank you and that we were leaving the property.
