8.0The balcony is the winner of the premises. Kitchen fully equipped! What is also very good is the indoor and safe parking spot; that’s crucial in the heigh season.
− The bed(s) either facing doors or airco’s, and the beds could do with a revamp.

− Necesitaría un poco de mantenimiento de cosas que se van estropeando con el uso. La campana extractora no funcionaba y en uno de los baños habria que cambiar el tubo sifón ya que fuga un poco, pero todo lo demás genial

8.0the apartment has everything you need and lots of it.... everything worked great ....great balcony ....wifi was not fast but was reliable.... kitchen was well equiped
− the beds in one of the rooms are not comfortable...kept rolling down into the middle and sinking.....
We very much enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
8.0I was impressed with Manuel's communication with us. He clearly listened to our requests and BookinDenia made the transition seamless which was extremely helpful as it was pouring with torrential rain upon our arrival so we appreciated the fact Maria made a special effort to make us feel welcome. The view the next morning with the very central location made up for the bad start to our holiday.
− The stale smell from one of the bathrooms was rather overpowering. Apart from that everything was fine.
