− Was not friendly to open the door and we never could figure out how to lock it the while time we was there
Highly disappointing
2.0The house itself is nice and is conveniently located within walking distance of a Walmart, Publix and McDonalds. The neighborhood was quiet, and sitting and eating in the backyard was quite pleasant, at least during winter.
− Unfortunately, there were also a lot of decidedly unpleasant things, too. First of all, they ask you for additional documents and to sign online agreements with warnings about cancelling your booking, which I found a little intimidating. There was no feedback after sending these, either. Second, there was a problem with the door code. And, since no one answers either of the 'emergency' numbers, we had to go find a hotel with available rooms and spend the first night there. Third, the internet wasn't working. This, however, they fixed rather quickly. Fourth, neither the refrigerator nor the stove worked until they brought new ones for the final night of our stay. In short, this was our worst experience with Booking, ever!
