Con potenziale…gestione che ci ha lasciati perplessi...ma forse siamo stati sfortunati
6.0Appartamento completo e pulito. Proprietaria gentile e disponibile che ha cercato di intervenire a seguito degli inconvenienti accorsi al nostro arrivo.
− Attacco doccia rotto. Telecomando aria condizionata assente. Siamo stati autenticamente “aggrediti verbalmente” dai vicini. Però il motivo è che noi cercavamo la struttura nella via indicata su Booking che tuttavia non corrispondeva al vero indirizzo!

Sistemazione molto semplice

− Al nostro arrivo ci siamo accorti di essere in una struttura diversa rispetto a quella vista in foto e prenotata su Booking, forse perché ci sono stati problemi con il sito. La camera con bagno privato e frigo era arredata in modo molto semplice, e la pulizia non era il massimo. Siamo rimasti una sola notte quindi ci siamo adattati, ma in generale direi che può essere una sistemazione adatta a chi non ha molte pretese. Abbiamo riferito le nostre perplessità ad Anna che è stata disponibile anche ad offrire un rimborso per il disagio, che però non abbiamo voluto.
