As above… we are complaining to booking.com… but no one replies!!!
1.0This property DOES NOT EXIST!! We travelled up and down to the HPS coordinates given on the booking.com website and could not find anything that resembled the pictures.. clearly these are AI … Booking.con have not reviewed a previous review from January stating the same… unfortunately we did not see this until after we spent two hours looking for the fictional location . No locals had heard of it either. So disappointing that Booking.com have allowed this proper to remain in the top spot for this location… scandalous!!!

1.0This property does not exist. The GPS coordinates do not match the address or the photos do not match the coast line. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. I have contacted Booking.com and they have not responded. After further investigation it also looks like someone else suffered the same thing I did. Again booking.com has not responded. Disappointed by booking.com that the listing still exists and they are not responding!!!!

SCAM! FICTIONAL PROPERTY!

− Property does not exist, we arrived to the middle of nowhere in the middle of the night during heavy rain. Property was never there, photos are fake, nobody picks up the phone, once they pick it up, they immediately block you after speaking some sentences in Indonesian. Neither Booking.com nor the police wanted to help us.
