I might have been a perfect stay,but there is a need for serious cleaning and revision of facilities

Kitchen, location, view are excellent.

− Apartment was not clean when we arrived, though there were several hours in between check-out and check-in. The cleaner was there and he did not cleaned properly. The floor was dusty, the terrace was dirty. Terrace furniture is very dusty, impossible to sit there. The sofa inside is dusty, the floor under it as well. In the bedside cabinet, there was plenty cigarette butts. Shower rooms need more attention from landlord - lot of half-broken elements such as toilet seat, hooks for towels, etc. One of the bedrooms is missing a door.

Good accomodation but for family not business stays.

Property is easy to find and has a really nice balcony. Modern and comfortable bedding.

− There was no door for the second bedroom. We arrived late so a simple basket with water a couple of coffee pods and some crackers would have been welcomed. We stay in a number of locations in Limassol and we regularly find these on the first night. A lot of candles around but no matches or lighters to light. The parking is quite tight. The balcony was full of dust. Should the host had left some detergent we would have washed the towels before leaving.

This was a great place, modern and new with amazing view. Very good location, a bit noisy in the morning but if the windows are closed I believe should not be a problem. Highly recommend but only if management will address and fix our comments below: It would have been great if someone had checked and refreshed the cleaning standards before our arrival. Unfortunately, the cleanliness in some areas should have been improved. The shower cups had white residue, and we found strange insects in the bedrooms, even on the bed. There were small flies in the kitchen and an unpleasant odor in the bathroom. The toilet seat had yellow stains, and the walls were covered in black marks, which left a poor first impression. The floor was dusty. The kitchen dish drying tray seemed only fit for disposal, along with the sponge. The sofa wasn’t very clean, and there were no sofa pillows on the balcony. Additionally, there were no batteries for the TV and parking remo control. It would also be nice to have at least one portion of coffee available for the morning, as well as dishwashing liquid and a new sponge. There was no salt, and the sink was dirty, with flies present. There was no frying pan, and no spatula, no tea spoons and only two knifes and while there were cooking pans, they were extremely dirty and scratched. Also, there were no kitchen towels provided and no foil if you want to bake some sandwiches etc. No cleaning spray just to keep the kitchen clean. Cloth steamer was broken. We had to go buy frying pan, but who does this when traveling… We have traveled a lot in Europe and Cyprus but this scenario was a new for us. The bathrooms need towels hooks as there is no place to hung the towel or robe. Also would be better to have proper blinds curtains if you want to keep the windows open during colder seasons. As the inbuilt blinds can be noise when windy.

The apartment was very large, quiet, comfortable, very clean, and new condition. The kitchen was large and well equipped. Onsite secure parking was nice to have. The location was fantastic - just off the main highway, but far enough to be quiet. Easy access to explore the island in all directions.

− The parking is designed for small cars, so it was a bit hard to navigate with our rental SUV. As there were few other guests, there was no issues, but if parking was full, we would not have been able to park in the assigned spot. With a small car, there would be no issues.

Beautiful apartment near Limassol

The apartment is brand new, very spacious and has everything you need to feel at home. It's located in a quiet neighborhood above Limassol, with a supermarket and a great bakery nearby.

− It was a bit farther than we thought from the centre of the city.
